WorkRoute, a product of Lobeaux Solutions, L.L.C., offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
How to request a refund
Email us at austin@lobeauxsolutions.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Refund request". Please include your order date so we can locate your transaction quickly. We will confirm the refund within 2 business days.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing page; cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis where the renewal was unexpected or the Service was not used during the renewed period.
Sales tax
Where sales tax, VAT, or GST was charged at checkout, the tax portion is refunded together with the original payment.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
