Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7/21/2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and Lobeaux Solutions, L.L.C. ("Lobeaux Solutions", "we", "us"), the provider of the WorkRoute service ("Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Authority and accounts

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind any organisation you sign up on behalf of. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. The Service

WorkRoute is a workflow and intake management tool for local service businesses. Features may evolve. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased.

4. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • send spam or otherwise distribute unsolicited messages;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • introduce malware, probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the Service;
  • scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service, or circumvent any usage limits.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service on your behalf.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, documentation, designs, and branding, is owned by Lobeaux Solutions, L.L.C. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly stated.

7. Payment, subscriptions, and tax

Lobeaux Solutions, L.L.C. is the seller and merchant of record for all subscriptions to the Service. We use Stripe as our payment processor; payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Subscription fees, billing frequency, and the currency you are charged in are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the current period.

Where required by law, sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated based on your billing location and added at checkout. The amount is shown before you confirm payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Lobeaux Solutions, L.L.C. against any third-party claim arising from your Customer Data, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for:

  • material breach of these Terms;
  • non-payment of fees;
  • security, fraud, or abuse risk;
  • repeated or serious violations of our policies or applicable law.

You may cancel at any time as described in our Refund Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period and will then delete it, except where retention is required by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

13. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

14. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, outages of third-party providers, or government action.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
